Ishaan Kishan reminded fans of Rishabh Pant: Ishaan Kishan’s 50 against West Indies on Sunday made people think of Rishabh Pant.
Ishan Kishan reminded fans of Rishabh Pant after he hit a lightning-fast 52 off 34 balls in India’s second innings of the second Test against West Indies on Sunday at the Queen’s Park Club in Trinidad. Kishan used Pant’s bat during the game and thanked the fast wicket-keeper batter after he hit 50 runs.
Ishan Kishan, who keeps wickets and bats, said that he met Rishabh Pant before the current West Indies trip. Ishan said that Pant gave him tips on how to hold his bat when they met at the NCA, where Ishan was getting treatment. This was Ishan’s first fifty in a Test match.
Pant told Kishan what to do
Ishaan Kishan talked about his 50 after the fourth day of play was over. During this, he thanked fellow wicket-keeper and batsman Rishabh Pant, who was not with Team India because of an illness. He said, “Before I came here, I was at the National Cricket Academy. Rishabh Pant was also there getting better.” During this time, Rishabh told Ishaan some things. Ishaan said, “I used to be in NCA. Pant was there, too.
He continued by saying, “He knows how I play.” We’ve been friends since we were teenagers. I also wanted help, and luckily he was there to tell me something about my bat position.

Pant hit a ball at him with his bat
Ishaan Kishan came to the field with Rishabh Pant’s bat during the game. He hit the ball in the same way. Kishan hit a six with one hand, just like Rishabh Pant did, to get to 50. Later, a picture of the wicket-keeper batsman’s bat that showed he was using a willow bat with the words “RP17” on it went viral. From this, it was clear that this bat only belongs to Pant.
Pant is getting ready to go back to NCA
Please let people know that Rishabh Pant is slowly getting better after the accident on the road. He probably won’t be able to play for the team for a long time. After this accident, he had to have surgery. At the moment, he is getting ready to go back to NCA.
