Aakash Chopra expressed concern about Ishan Kishan missing from Team India for long time

Ishan Kishan has been out of the team for a long time, about which Aakash Chopra has now expressed concern.

These days the Indian team is playing a 5-match test series with England. Wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan has not been selected in the team for this series also. After which now former Team India cricketer and current commentator Akash Chopra has expressed concern about Ishan Kishan. Actually, Ishaan Kishan has been away from the cricket field for a long time, neither has he played in Team India nor has Ishaan been seen playing in domestic cricket. Ishaan has suddenly disappeared in such a way that it is forcing the fans to think about a lot. Wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan was last seen playing in the T20 series against Australia in December 2023. Since then Ishaan is out of Team India.

Akash Chopra worried about Ishaan

Ishan Kishan was included in the team for the Test series played with South Africa but due to mental fatigue, the wicketkeeper withdrew his name from this series. Since then Ishan Kishan seems missing. After which now former Team India cricketer and current commentator Aakash Chopra said on his YouTube channel that it has been a long time since Ishan Kishan went on a break from cricket. He has not played cricket for a long time. I hope Ishaan is fine and happy wherever he is.

Ishaan did not play even in Ranji Trophy

After Team India took a break, Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid advised Ishan Kishan to play in Ranji Trophy. But even after this Ishan Kishan did not come to play Ranji Trophy. Earlier, it was claimed in many reports that Ishan Kishan is more focused towards franchise cricket and he has caused indiscipline in the team. Due to which BCCI has punished him by removing him from the team. After all these reports came out, the head coach of Team India had said that all these reports are false. Ishan Kishan has not committed any indiscipline in the team. In fact, due to mental fatigue he had asked for a break from cricket.
