Rishabh Pant: IPL 2025 Big news has come out about the return of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) fast bowler Akash Deep. He is fully fit and can be a part of the playing 11 in the next match against Mumbai.

IPL 2025: The 18th season of the Indian Premier League is slowly moving towards excitement. Many players did not take the field in the first 13 matches because they were struggling with injury. Good news has come for Lucknow Super Giants on March 2. Fast bowler Akashdeep is now fully fit. He can also play in the match against Mumbai Indians (MI) on April 4.
Akashdeep was part of the Test squad on the Indian team’s 2024-25 Australia tour. He was injured since the Boxing-Day Test played in Melbourne in December 2024. According to ESPN Cricinfo report, he has been declared fully fit. The return of this bowler will strengthen Lucknow’s bowling.

Right-arm fast bowler Akash Deep made his debut in IPL 2022 and played for RCB. Played 3 seasons for RCB, during this time he got a chance in 8 matches and took a total of 7 wickets. Last season, RCB released him, when this bowler came in the mega auction, Lucknow added him for a huge amount of 8 crores. In his T20 career, Akashdeep has so far taken 49 wickets in 42 matches.
