Prithvi Shaw: The Indian cricket team is currently on a tour of the West Indies, where they will play Test, ODI, and T20 games. The best batsman on the team, Prithvi Shaw, has not been chosen for any of the games on this tour. Because of this, he is very sad. Shaw said that he was very sad that he wasn’t chosen to go to the West Indies. Even though he does well in local cricket and passes all fitness tests, he doesn’t get to play at the international level.
Prithvi Shaw told Cricbuzz in an interview that he didn’t know why he was kicked off the team. Some people said it was because I was in good shape, but I came to Bangalore anyway. Passed all of the fitness tests at NCA, got runs, and got back on the T20 team. Then I didn’t get a chance on the West Indies trip. I’m disappointed, but you have to forget about it and move on. I can’t do anything, and I can’t fight anyone here.
IPL 2023 was a bust for Prithvi Shaw.
Prithvi Shaw recently played in the Dilli Trophy. In the two games at Bengaluru, he got 26, 25, 65, and 7 runs. On these pitches, it was hard to score runs. Shaw had failed in the IPL 2023. Shaw only got 116 runs for Delhi Capitals in 8 games. He didn’t know what to do when slower balls and spinning balls came at him, and he lost his wicket.

He will play for the English county of Northamptonshire. The BCCI has given Shaw special leave to skip the Deodhar Trophy and play county cricket instead.
